By accessing and using DisKeeper ("the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Service Description

DisKeeper is an access control system for Discord servers that allows administrators to manage authorized and blocked user lists. The Service is provided "as is" and may be subject to changes or interruptions without prior notice.

3. Registration Requirements

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

In no event shall DisKeeper, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DisKeeper and its employees, contractors, agents, officers, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

8. Service and Terms Modifications

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
